Job Title : Executive - R&D

Experience : 0 - 3 Years

Job Description :

• Execution of Shake flaske experiments related to productivity improvement and cost reduction of various mutants and other microbial culture.
  
• Carry out microbiological, biochemical as well as chemical estimation of Products of interest.
  
• Contribution in the new product development on the following basis-literature survey, protocol implementation & evalution.
  Carry out Strain/technology improvements program with the help of protoplast fusions, genetic engineering and other techniques of molecular biology Origin.
  
• Carry out routine microbiological work like preparation of media, sterilization, analysis of broths, bioassay etc,.
  
• Planning, timely execution and supervising of batch preparation , sterilization monitoring of Process parameters of lab fermentors for scale up of Short listed cultures of existing/new products.
  
• Implementation of new experiments at lab fermentor Scale.
• Ensuring Sterility of the Batches and achieving maximum sterile batches. Suggestion for improvement of lab fermentors working and related to process.
  
• Maintenance of allotted instruments and regular calibration of equipments . Ensuring no breakdown of instruments follow up with respective departments.
  
• Ensure Safety of the R&D department persons , equipments etc department for Smooth functioning. Co ordinate in Procurement of Spares, Raw Material, Chemicals and Glass wares.
• GMP norms.
