Job Description
1. Execution of Shake flask experiments related to productivity improvement and cost reduction of various mutants and other microbial culture.
2. Carry out microbiological, biochemical as well as chemical estimation of Products of interest.
3. Contribution in the new product development on the following basis-literature survey, protocol implementation & evalution.
4. Carry out Strain/technology improvements program with the help of protoplast fusions, genetic engineering and other techniques of molecular biology Origin.
5. Carry out routine microbiological work like preparation of media, sterilization, analysis of broths, bioassay etc,.
6. Planning, timely execution and supervising of batch preparation , sterilization monitoring of Process parameters of lab fermentors for scale up of Short listed cultures of existing/new products.
7. Implementation of new experiments at lab fermentor Scale. Ensuring Sterility of the Batches and achieving maximum sterile batches. Suggestion for improvement of lab fermentors working and related to process.
8. Maintenance of allotted instruments and regular calibration of equipments . Ensuring no breakdown of instruments follow up with respective departments

Desired Profile
Ideal Candidate Must be:-

PhD ( Molecular Biology) with 0 - 3 Years of experience

1 - 4 Years
