Junior Scientist in Bioinformatics

Candidates with a Masters degree in Life sciences OR Bioinformatics with at least 1 years of work experience in DNA sequence analysis, Genome annotation. Oligo probe design for diagnostics and PCR is preferable but not essential. Working knowledge of PERL, Spreadsheet and database operations preferred. Selected candidates will be working on cross species oligo probe designing, Processing output from cutting edge sequencing methods like solexa, 454 and hybridization based sequencing methods.

Scientist in Microarray Data Analysis
No. of vacancies: 3

Candidates with a Masters degree in Biology OR Bioinformatics with at least 2 years of work experience in microarray data analysis using standard packages is essential. Efficient use of spreadsheets and databases will be integral to this position. Training will be provided for Data QC and analysis of Gene Expression, aCGH, ChIP on Chip, miRNA and Diagnostic array results.

Scientist (Microarray Lab)

Candidates with a Masters degree in any branch of Biology with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in DNA & RNA extraction and RT-PCR. The selected candidate should have a strong background in Molecular Biology with capability to trouble shoot commonly used DNA & RNA protocols. Experience in DNA microarray labeling and hybridization and real time PCR is an advantage but not compulsory.
