• Ensuring Sterility of the Batches and achieving maximum sterile batches. Suggestion for improvement of lab fermentors working and related to process.
  
• Maintenance of allotted instruments and regular calibration of equipments . Ensuring no breakdown of instruments follow up with respective departments.
  
• Ensure Safety of the R&D department persons , equipments etc department for Smooth functioning. Co ordinate in Procurement of Spares, Raw Material, Chemicals and Glass wares.
• GMP norms.
