In addition to above, he would be responsible to train new joinees in Service and Application Support.

Is responsible for Key Account Management in his region and focus attention in all respects on a group of customers in his region.
Is responsible for coordinating user meets, seminars and symposia in his region with the assistance from Area Manager and in coordination with Support / Service .
Is responsible to provide market intelligence to Regional Manager.
