Job Description
- The position is based at our cGMP facilities at Whitefield Road (Close by to GINGER HOTEL).
- Professional with MSC lifesciences background with 2-4 yrs of experience in protein purification in a Biotech company is needed.
- Knowledge of Protein purification using chromatography system, tangential filtration system etc.
- Responsible for Buffer preparation for protein purification.
- Operation and cleaning of purification systems.
- Preference will be given to those who have hands on experience in handling purification systems.
- Preparation & revising of SOPs, Documentation and consolidate data for scale up.
- Should have good documentation skills and maintain cGMP.
- Should be able to work in shifts and to maintain records

- Regularly reporting to the head of manufacturing in respect of the project status of the team.
- Compiling and revision of production directives and SOP for the implementation for cell cultivations projects.
- Review of all quality relevant documents within the Fermentation teams including batch documents (executed batch records) for the GMP compliance confirmation.
- Maintain cGMP. Preparation & revision of SOP\'s, Documentation, trend analysis and consolidated data for scale up and Process validation.
- GMP cell bank preparation and maintenance.
- Scale up of mammalian fermentation.
